What we collect
The inspection request form collects your name, phone number, email address, property ZIP code, the nature of the loss and anything you type into the message field. Nothing else on this site asks you for information about yourself.
When you submit the form or tap a phone number, our server records the page you were on and an approximate location derived from your IP address at city level. We do not store the IP address itself.
Why we collect it
To respond to your request. A restoration manager needs a phone number to call you back, a ZIP code to dispatch a crew, and a description of the loss to bring the right equipment. That is the entire purpose.
Who it is shared with
Your details are passed to the restoration contractor who will perform the work in your area, and to nobody else. We do not sell contact information, we do not share it with advertising networks, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while the job is open and for the period required to support any insurance claim arising from it. You can ask us to delete your details at any point by calling (949) 555-0142.
Your rights under California law
California residents may request access to the personal information we hold about them, ask for it to be deleted, and ask us to correct it. We do not sell personal information, so there is no sale to opt out of. Requests go to the phone number above.
