What we build to

This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It has not been audited against that standard by a third party, so what follows is what it was built to rather than a certification: text and background pairs chosen to clear a 4.5:1 contrast ratio, controls reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus ring, descriptive alternative text on images, and a real label on every form field rather than a placeholder standing in for one.

Specific commitments

Interactive controls are built to a 44 by 44 pixel minimum so they can be operated without precise pointing. Headings run in order without skipped levels, so a screen reader can navigate the page by structure. The site honours the system reduced-motion setting. Text resizes with browser and system settings without content being cut off.

Known limits

The before-and-after comparison uses a slider. It is operable with a keyboard and each image carries its own alternative text describing the condition shown, so the content is available without using the slider at all.
